Process & terms

What to know before you get in touch.

What's the minimum order?

Five units for blanks, and fifty for anything pad-printed with your logo. There's no maximum. For orders over 500 units we'll handle it personally.

How long does it take?

Blank orders ship within 72 hours. Pad-printed orders run 3–4 weeks from the moment you approve the artwork proof. If you have a hard in-hands date, tell us on the form and we'll confirm whether it's doable before you commit.

Can we put our logo on them?

Yes. We pad-print on orders of 50 units and up, in two-color or full-color. There's a one-time setup charge plus a per-unit print charge, both quoted with your estimate.

Vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .svg) reproduces best. Don't have it ready? Submit the form anyway and we'll sort out the artwork together.

Can we see samples first?

Blank samples ship within 72 hours after prepayment, at corporate pricing. For branded orders, pre-production samples are available for an additional cost on orders of 100 units or more.

Blank samples can be returned within 30 days provided they come back like new, with no markings and in the original Nocs packaging.

How does payment work?

Orders ship after prepayment unless terms have been established in advance. If your organization needs to invoice through accounts payable, add your AP contact on the form and we'll set that up before anything ships.

Can we change or cancel an order?

Blanks: no cancellation within 72 hours of shipping.

Branded orders: no cancellations and no returns. A custom run is locked once you approve the artwork proof, which is exactly why we proof everything with you first.

What if we want a style or color that isn't listed?

Ask. Styles and colors outside the corporate offering are subject to availability, but we can often make it work with enough lead time.

Do you work with non-profits, schools and distributors?

All of the above. Tell us which one you are at the top of the form and we'll only ask the questions that apply. Non-profits and schools get the tax-exempt questions, distributors get asked about resale certificates and the end user, and a company buying gifts for its own team sees none of it.
